Phantasy Star IV - 2006-02-28

Sometimes I wish a was a kid again.

I played Phantasy Star IV for the first time when I was about thirteen years old laying in my bed with a genesis console with a 14 inch television. Good times...

The second time I played it was when simultaneously studied for a test on the "French revolution" in 8th grade. Suffice it to say that I don't remember that much about the big important french revolution :).

I don't play much games in these distant times and when I do it's more of a social activity with some friend or my brother. I never play single player anymore since I find it quite boring, I can't even play World of Warcraft anymore even though it was the first game in years which made me stuck for a while. The life as a child or teenager is great, you just sit and play some StarCraft or WarCraft with your friends or single player and just lives your life. Now it's all responsibility and need to go forward, it's a shame I didn't realize how great life as a kid was until I grew up.

I haven't played Phantasy Star for a very long time, but yesterday I for some reason started playing it again. I though; well.. I'll start playing and see how far I'll get before I get tired of playing. four or maybe five hours later I was still playing, a break once in a while but still. It's so nostalgic :), I forget everything else and just flows with the game and it's amazing music.
