Chai Latte - 2006-02-27
The biggest enjoyment there is in the world of coffee
I'm more of a tea-person actually, sure I like a cup of coffee once in a while but it's mainly tea I drink. Well at least till now, I work as a web developer at the company Pixel Palace (or Rather PixPal AB), all though they offer things like web solutions and prints their main area of business is being a mac cafe where people like me can order Chai Lattes.
Not long ago I got hold of an espresso machine (A latte is basically espresso with milk if you didn't know that). Since I work at a cafe I of course procured some coffee beans and Chai from there so that I would be able to create my own Chai lattes. I've had problems with my stomach ever since, the worst part about coffee is that you're not able to drink nearly the amount as you can with tea. Luckily I don't drink more than about one strong latte a day now, one week ago I drank two strong each day: I don't recommend it if you haven't got a above average coffe durable stomach.
I think my friend Madda defined Chai Latte in the best way, "It sorta melt in the mouth".
